It’s been three long months and oh how we’ve missed our Premier, but we are finally back and look forward to welcoming you in the clinic once again!
The adjustment has been a little challenging, but rest assured your safety and the safety of our team are our upmost priority!
If you haven’t been in to see us since we have reopened you will notice a few changes. Here’s what to expect:
- When you first arrive at the clinic our lovely Nurun will greet you, ask you to sanitise your hands, give you a mask and gloves and then take your temperature. You will then be asked to fill out a form about your health. If you have belongings i.e. outside coats and bags, you will be asked to place them in a box which is sanitised after each use.
- Once your form is complete one of our clinical team (who will look a little different to how you are used to seeing them!) will take you either to have photos in the records room or take you straight through to the surgery where you can remove your mask and we can get back to the task of creating your dream smile.
- When the clinical team have finished they will ask you to once again sanitise your hands and direct you out the side door.
- Nurun will then be in touch via phone or email to schedule your next appointment as instructed by Elettra.
I’m sure you will understand that this is all just precautionary and in line with the current COVID-19 guidelines. We may look different but are the same happy Premier team beneath the layers (and layers!) of PPE.
