Helen began her journey with us in spring 2017 because she was unhappy with her overlapping front teeth which had been chipped away after years of grinding. Her dentist kindly recommended Premier Orthodontics for Helen’s treatment as she felt that her teeth may be getting worse and after an initial assessment, we created a treatment plan with Damon Insignia clear fixed braces in order for cosmetic work to be completed with her dentist, including build ups and whitening.
One reason Helen hadn’t gone ahead with orthodontic treatment before was due to her dislike for dental impressions. No one likes the feeling of impression material in their mouth, but for Helen, it was a real no-go! We quickly came to look forward to Helen’s visits every other month; she took the time to talk to the team about recent holidays and family events and once, she even dropped in a birthday present for Katie’s little girl!
